I'll be away next week so I won't be able to get to this untill after the 16th.
once I'm back I hope to get them done within a 2 weeks of submission.
I'm working on automating the process so someday your submiting a rover will kickoff
the rover being tested, and the results tallied without my intervention.
so far I can generate most results automatically, now I just need to update the DB automatically,
and calculate rank, then I'll work on a kickoff script.
