Here's the deal. In order to rank rovers by the number of victories they have, there has to be a winner and a loser. Some rovers have perfect defense but never go on offense. If two of these rovers are going against each other, it can make for a long day of running rovers. I went away from one fight for dinner and it was still going when I got back, an hour and a half later.
So I have a time limit. If one rover doesn't kick the other rover's butt inside of five minutes, they both lose. There are five rounds in each match. When you look at the scores, those are the number of rounds won by the rover, out of five. If the scores for a match don't add up to five, that means that one or more of the rounds in that match timed out. If there isn't a score at all, that means it was a draw and neither rover gets the win.
